But it was not possible to secure the diagnosis because the medical code requires a person to person interview. A similar procedure would be effective for the additional reason the Western leadership is collective. Even from a distance but based on multiple criteria, a group of internationally recognized experts would apply detailed tests to get a scientific diagnosis and present it for the big audience.
The psychopathic leaders would receive diagnosis via various channels for immediate treatment (if... they want it). But the Global Majority would keep the diagnosis on demand.
