It flies rather in the face of the mountains of evidence on the development and characterisation on a viral agent, various derivatives or descendants from it, and the mechanisms by which it, and its spike protein in particular, causes all kinds of disease, via, for example, its furin-cleavage site, its prion-like domain, its ACE-2 receptor's affinity for human ACE-2, its HIV motif, and its incorporation of two different snake venoms, but there you go.
