For example according to Dmitri Khalezov (DK) the pertetrators even took to edit and backdate the content of old dictionaries. DK proved it by showing the genuine content in a private copy of such a dictionary contrasting it with other copies taken from libraries and even 2nd hand bookshops.

One such expression was 'Ground Zero' According to DK it exclusively meant the locus of a nuclear explosion while after 2003 it's meaning was expanded to less interesting interpretations. Although it is a very extreme situation DK claims there must have been a wellorganised team in operation and DK was sure this meant the freemasons handled the practical side of the cover-up concerning the dictionaries.

DK claims the motive for going through all the trouble was for hiding that 9-11 was carried out with nuclear terrorism not only with conventional explosives.

Several different theories have been offered by other interested parties. One such theory is about a nuclear reactor being deliberately going through a melt down from a position underground. It therefore doesnt explode promptly but instead causes an intensive cone of strong radiation weakening the steel skeleton of the building until it collapses. Most likely together with a combination of conventional cutter charges.

This explains how strong enough energy would have been available but without causing as strong seismic effects as if it had been a nuclear bomb of that energy.

DK's book The Third Truth is very insightful and does a better job than most in explaining many interesting aspects. I disagree about the type of nuclear weapons used but otherwise that book is still among the best. Going deeper than most.
DK was a nuclear security officer in the USSR so he knew about nuclear demolition techniques that were actually included in the approval for wtc in the eraly seventies.
He got such insights partly because the US and USSR had an agreement about using nukes for civilan purposes until 1973
